Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of pinsflow.com and app.pinsflow.com (together, “Pinsflow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Pinsflow.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pinsflow (16 in the EEA). By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. If you are using Pinsflow on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@pinsflow.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts by automated means. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. The Service

Pinsflow provides AI-powered tools for generating, scheduling, and publishing content to Pinterest, along with related features such as performance analytics, content libraries, and scheduling management. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that affect your workflow, but we reserve the right to update the service without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Pinsflow offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). All payments are processed by Paddle, our billing provider. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.

Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with advance notice. If we change the price of your current plan, we will notify you before your next billing cycle so you can decide whether to continue.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. No credit or refund is issued for unused time remaining.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided that you have not consumed any AI credits and have not published any pins through the service. Once any AI credits have been used or any pins have been published, refund eligibility ends — at that point the service has been delivered and used.

To request a refund, email hello@pinsflow.com within the 14-day window. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our billing provider, and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Renewal charges (monthly or annual billing cycles after the first) are not eligible for refund. We will send a reminder before each renewal so you have time to cancel if needed.

EU and UK consumers: You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the service, you consent to delivery beginning immediately. Our 14-day refund policy above is applied consistently with these rights. If you have not used any part of the service, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the above — contact us at hello@pinsflow.com. Nothing in this section limits rights you cannot waive under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Pinsflow — including product URLs, images, descriptions, and any edits you make. You also retain ownership of the AI-generated pins created through your account.

By using Pinsflow, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not claim any rights over your content beyond what is needed to operate the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit — and content you publish via Pinterest — does not infringe third-party rights, violate applicable laws, or breach Pinterest's own terms of service.

6. Pinterest Integration

Pinsflow connects to Pinterest via official APIs. By linking your Pinterest account, you authorize Pinsflow to act on your behalf — reading your boards and analytics data, and creating and scheduling pins according to your instructions.

Your use of Pinterest through Pinsflow remains subject to Pinterest's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any action Pinterest takes on your account, including rate limiting, suspension, or removal of content posted via our service.

8. AI-Generated Content

Pinsflow uses AI to generate pin images and copy. While we work to produce high-quality output, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing and for ensuring it is appropriate for your audience and compliant with applicable rules.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep Pinsflow reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or factors outside our control (such as downtime of third-party APIs including Pinterest). We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service, or any part of it, with reasonable advance notice where possible.

10. Intellectual Property

All Pinsflow software, design, trademarks, and brand assets are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use our name, logo, or other brand elements without our written permission.

Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Pinsflow for your own personal or business purposes in accordance with these terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pinsflow is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this may not apply to you in full.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinsflow and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, data, or business — arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Pinsflow will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. EU and UK consumers retain all statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract.

13. Termination

You may stop using Pinsflow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if your subscription lapses, or if we decide to discontinue the service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including content ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will remain in effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of Pinsflow after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the service and cancel your subscription before the effective date.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. EU and UK consumers are entitled to rely on the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where they reside. Nothing in these terms is intended to deprive you of protections you cannot waive under local law.

For any dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@pinsflow.com. We will make a genuine effort to resolve it informally before any formal proceedings.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinsflow and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the service; your violation of these terms; your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or any claim that content you created or published using Pinsflow caused harm to a third party.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or removed if modification is not possible. The remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.
