Refund Policy

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions on app.pinsflow.com. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.
14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided that:
- You have not consumed any AI credits, and
- You have not published any pins through the service.
Once any AI credits have been used or any pins have been published, refund eligibility ends — at that point the service has been delivered and used.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@pinsflow.com within the 14-day window with the subject line Refund Request and include the email address associated with your account. We will verify your eligibility and respond within 2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our billing provider. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Renewals
Renewal charges — monthly or annual billing cycles after the first — are not eligible for refund. We send a reminder before each renewal so you have time to cancel if needed. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
EU and UK Consumers
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the service, you consent to delivery beginning immediately. Our 14-day refund policy above is applied consistently with these rights. If you have not used any part of the service, you are entitled to a full refund — contact us at hello@pinsflow.com. Nothing in this policy limits rights you cannot waive under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
Exceptions
We may consider refunds outside the conditions above in cases of proven billing error or technical failure on our end. Contact us and we will review it. These are assessed individually and are not guaranteed.
