Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what is and is not allowed when using pinsflow.com and app.pinsflow.com (together, “Pinsflow”). It applies to everyone who uses the service and supplements our Terms of Use. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination without refund.
1. What Pinsflow Is
Pinsflow is an independent product that helps creators and merchants generate, schedule, and publish Pinterest content. We use third-party AI models to generate pin images and copy on your behalf. Pinsflow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest or any AI model provider whose technology we integrate.
2. General Rules
You may not use Pinsflow to:
- Break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or facilitate someone else doing so.
- Post content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
- Spam, flood, or otherwise abuse Pinterest or any other connected platform.
- Circumvent the rules, terms, or rate limits of Pinterest or any other integrated service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from Pinsflow's systems beyond normal use.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the service available to third parties without our written permission.
3. Prohibited AI-Generated Content
You may not use Pinsflow's AI generation features to create, upload, request, or publish content that is:
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW (Not Safe For Work), or sexually suggestive - including “borderline” or provocative imagery.
- Depicting minors in any sexual, suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate context.
- Violent, gory, graphic, or that promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- Hateful, harassing, or that targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- A deepfake, face-swap, or any other manipulated likeness of a real person, public or private, living or deceased.
- Designed to impersonate a real individual, brand, or organization.
- Promoting illegal goods or services, including weapons, drugs, or fraud.
- Misleading medical, legal, or financial advice presented as authoritative.
- Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property of others - including unauthorized use of branded logos, character likenesses, or copyrighted artworks.
Pinsflow does not offer face-swap, deepfake, face manipulation, or any “uncensored” or “unfiltered” generation modes, and never will.
4. Content Moderation
All AI generation requests on Pinsflow are passed through automated moderation before and after generation. Requests and outputs that violate this policy will be blocked or removed. We may also review content manually as part of trust-and-safety operations or in response to reports.
We may test the service's outputs at any time to verify compliance with this policy and with the policies of our payment processor and other partners.
5. Account-Level Rules
- You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use Pinsflow.
- You may not share your account credentials or operate accounts on behalf of someone who has been suspended or terminated.
- You may not create accounts by automated means or operate multiple accounts to evade enforcement.
6. Reporting Violations
If you believe content generated or published via Pinsflow violates this policy or your rights, contact us at hello@pinsflow.com with the relevant URLs and a brief description. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
7. Enforcement
We may take any action we consider appropriate in response to violations of this policy, including:
- Removing or blocking specific content or generation requests.
- Limiting account features, including AI generation.
- Suspending or permanently terminating accounts without refund.
- Reporting illegal content to law enforcement or other authorities.
Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion. Repeat or severe violations will result in permanent bans.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the service and the broader AI landscape evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Pinsflow after that date means you accept the updated policy.
